“Sweet dreams” we bless our beloved ones, as they go to sleep.
But, wait... what are really dreams? Why should we interfere?
Shouldn’t we just kiss them, wish them “good night,” and “have no fear?”

…and within a lifetime cycle lays the day and night cycle; at night the Soul dominates the course of one’s progress while the mind dominates during daytime.”
“At nighttime?” I asked, looking at Elijah. “How?” “By dreams,” answered Elijah.
He leaned forward as if He was trying to get my complete attention, and continued. “Dreams are one of the ways that the Creator guides the Souls and helps one’s development throughout a lifetime. In dreams, the Soul would channel the information needed for the person to make progress, and to accomplish one’s purpose. Yet, it is up to the person’s mind how this information would be used when action should be taken, when the person is awake.”
