“Angels are the second level of Souls. They are Souls who
have accomplished their purpose and may decide not to return to Earth, and to stay
in the Red World.
Those Souls which reached that level are now ready to help
the simple Souls either on Earth or while they are in the Red World.
The Angels may choose to return to Earth in a human body to
help the Souls of the first level as Soul Mate.
Angels can also go to Earth as Spirits, and not in a
physical form, and may help Plain Souls on earth to manage their purposes.”
